Free Shipping Over $100

We offer free shipping when you spend over $100.

This offer excludes Bulky items—in this case it is noted on the product page.

 

$7 Flat Rate Shipping

We offer $7 flat rate shipping nationwide.

This offer excludes Bulky items—in this case it is noted on the product page.

Bulky Items

Freight on Bulky Items is excluded from our Free Freight offer. Freight on Bulky Items is calculated at checkout by selecting BULKY ITEMS DELIVERY from the drop-down menu.

Shipping prices are calculated at checkout. Please contact us if you have any queries, or would like a combined quote. 

Please note that due to congestion across the courier network, we are experiencing delays of up to 3 weeks for furniture items to be collected from us once purchased. 

 

 

Return and Exchange Policy

At The Sunday Society we hope you are delighted with your order, and that it becomes a treasured part of your home.

If however for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it to us within 14 days of receipt of the product/s.  

For brand new products, provided they are returned to us with their tags, unused, unwashed, and in the same packaging they were received in, we are happy to offer a full refund (less shipping), replacement, or exchange - whichever you prefer.

For vintage items, they must be returned in the same condition they were dispatched in  (as we recognise that of course they do not come with tags etc and are by their very definition, already used)

For full price items, we will either exchange it, replace it, or provide a refund - the choice is yours.

For sale or discounted promotional purchases, we can offer an exchange or store credit to be used at a later date.

FAULTY GOODS

We cannot accept unused goods in damaged or missing packaging unless they are faulty. 

If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will arrange for a courier pick up and full replacement of the goods, or full refund: whichever you prefer. Please email us for instructions.

For all change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for paying any shipping costs associated with returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
